Corporate Team participation in the Avon Walk provides companies of all sizes and types an opportunity to offer their employees an unforgettable team-building experience while positioning their firm as an important contributor to the fight against breast cancer.
As part of the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, company employees can work together in their fundraising and training leading up to the event, and will then have the experience of supporting each other through the two days of walking. Those who don't want to walk can still participate by helping their teammates fundraise and/or participate in the Walk as a Crew member or volunteer.
The benefits of participating on a Team are immense! The Team will grow together as a whole, enjoying the camaraderie, friendship and support that can only be realized through preparing for this event.
Companies with matching gift programs can give their team a big boost in their fundraising campaign; many companies also make a corporate contribution to help their team.
Corporate Team Requirements
- Two or more people from the same company who have registered (and paid the $65 Registration Fee) as either Walkers or Crew members.
- Each registered Walker has committed to raising the $1,800 fundraising minimum.
